The basic participation package covers exhibition floor space, participation fees and mandatory services. Stand construction—whether prefitted or custom-built—must also be included in your overall budget.

Yes. We provide the invitation letter and any additional documentation required from the organiser.

You remain responsible for submitting your visa application, providing your personal documents and following the relevant requirements and deadlines. Our team stays in contact to help with any further documentation requested from the organiser.
